Cold Stone Creamery

All the way from Arizona, Cold Stone Creamery finally opened its first stall in Singapore competing with rivals such as Marble Slab that also uses the same concept – mixing ice cream with biscuits, fruits, nuts, etc., on a cold slab at -9 degree Celsius.

The workers are full of youthful energy, singing, cheering and saying jingles. When JH and I were there, one customer walked in with an ice cream cone from outside. Upon seeing it wasn’t Cold Stone ice cream, they unanimously jingled “Throw away! Throw away! Throw away!” It is good to see such energy once in a while. The workers are friendly and you can ask them to toss your ice cream to your cup!

We chose Peanut Butter Cup Perfection on our first visit and was given a Chocolate Devotion instead. In the end, we got two ice cream! The peanut butter one was really perfect! It was mixed with peanut butter and Reese’s peanut butter cups. Yummy! Chocolate devotion wasn’t bad – It was mixed with chocolate fudge and brownies.
